BRAIN CHANGE – Overcoming The Inner Battles
YOGIC PRACTICE OFFERS DIVERSE WAYS TO BRING STEADINESS TO BODY AND MIND. IF WE ARE TO OVERCOME OUTER FEARS AND ANXIETIES, WE MUST FIRST ADDRESS ANY INNER DISTURBANCES.
In these 13 sessions we will explore the practice of Kaya Mudra and Mantra to develop comfort and consistency with their use and to improve suppleness and tonification of our nervous systems.
Building upon the breath exploration of March's Path To Peace - Breath & Meditation, we will explore the positive effects of 3 simple mudras, called Kaya Mudras, that utilize the posture of the body to target specific energetic areas. For this series, our focus will be on the abdomen and the spine. Along with these Mudras, we will incorporate Mantras with affirmative messages of connection with Spirit.
During this season of Spring and celebrations of birth, rebirth and life, our practices will support inner reflection for the mind and transformation for the body.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
* Please do not eat solid food 2-3 hours before our practice. Coffee / Tea are okay. Fruit alone not later than 8:00AM EST is okay.
* Please be prepared to sit on the floor, on a blanket, rugh or yoga mat with any pillow / bolster / block you might need.
* Tuning in on your computer or mobile device on a stand or tripod will be best as cameras will be required for this practice. NO EXCEPTIONS!
* This practice will include holding some seated, physical postures while breathing in preparation for a seated, guided meditation practice. Please be sure that you can be seated on the floor for 15-30 minutes. Consult your physician for clearances as needed.
* Message me if you are not sure this practice is suitable for you.
PHYSICAL BENEFITS
* Great benefit for the nerves, the internal organs, the spine, the entire nervous system, and all organs and muscles of respiration.
