Introduction to EFT Healing
Introduction to EFT Healing is designed to help you understand the basics of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and its application for healing. EFT can help with a variety of issues, including stress management, anxiety relief, and pain reduction. This course is perfect for those who are new to EFT and want to learn about the technique in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
You will be introduced to the concepts of EFT, its history, and the different applications of EFT, including tapping, affirmations, and breathing exercises, and how they work together to help release emotional blockages and promote healing.
This class will also be experiential and we will practice EFT as a group.
